The Center for Global Citizenship (CGC) is located at 3672 West Pine Mall near the intersection of Laclede Avenue and Grand Avenue.

The mission of the Center for Global Citizenship is to promote collaboration across the University to educate and engage the SLU community for global awareness, responsibility, and participation. The CGC includes occupant centers and offices housed in neighboring Des Peres Hall. Both Buildings are easily recognizable by the array of international flags lining the rooftops.

Parking
Parking is available in the Laclede Garage which is located at the corner of S. Grand Blvd and Laclede Ave.

Directions: Head west on Laclede Ave. from the intersection of S. Grand Blvd, go 1/4 block and make a left into the first (East) entrance of the garage. Take a ticket to enter the garage and go to the top level to park on the west side of the garage. At the end of the day, please inform parking attendant that you are part of the Sustainable Energy Conference to receive free parking when leaving. (Note: A $50 ticket will be issued to you if you park on any other levels without a SLU parking hang tag.)

Walk to Venue: Exit garage on northwest corner stairs at Laclede and S. Spring Aves. Look north to campus for Center for Global Citizenship building with International flags on top of building. Use "pedestrian access" marked with dotted lines to "entrance" of the Center for Global Citizenship building per map below.

Entrance
The Center for Global Citizenship is accessible from the front entrance on West Pine Mall adjacent to the clock tower. Des Peres Hall also offers a rear door entrance to the building from the Gonzaga parking lot.

Construction Alert and Pedestrian Access (Scheduled completion Fall 2016)
While Saint Louis University constructs a new residence hall near the intersection of Laclede and Spring, please be advised of the following public access points to the Center for Global Citizenship:

Bus Location
Chartered buses will be provided starting at 4:00 pm on  April 13th for transport to the evening reception at Washington University. The buses will be parked on Laclede Ave. at street meters beginning at the "Pedestrian Access" walkway per the above map. The buses will provide return trips to Saint Louis University and drop you off at the same location. The last bus will leave Washington University by 7:15 pm.
